Increase the length of shaft sleeve at the gland packing sealing ,which is increased the number of gland packing, it enhance the effects of sealing.
Refueling cup lubrication: Fill oil through shaft &gland packing’s touching connection, increase the lubrication ,reduce the wear of gland packing and shafts .Meanwhile ,it can form a layer of oil film which can prevent powder from flowing out from clearance in the shaft neck . The oil tank extend inside layer which is an obvious effect.
Design a pair of labyrinth and lip seal ,one is fixed at the shaft sleeve ,the other one will be rotated along the screw shafts . It can prevent powder from flowing out and reach the sealing requirements.
