Sometimes technicians found that the operator of the trough screw conveyor had removed the cover plate in order to observe the delivery of materials in the trough.This way is inappropriate.In the process of operation, once other debris to seize the screw conveyor , it will lead to screw conveyors damage, such as blade damage, screw shaft loss, trough damage, etc
After working ,the remaining materials inside screw conveyor was not immediately cleaned up. Some users can not remove and clean materials after completion of feeding. Otherwise, if screw conveyor is sticky or corrosive ,it will be stuck inside the screw blade and screw conveyor,so as to affect the lifetime.
Motor is overloading. When the user uses screw conveyors,if feeding capacity is too small ,it will cause motor loading capacity is too small. In this way ,it can cause motor is too cold and burnt easily. Thus ,users shall take some measures to ensure the feeding capacity ,such as feeding silo.
The gearbox reducer is too cold . This is mainly caused by lacking of oil in the transmission. Users can check the oil inside the transmission ,add the oil if necessary.
After this screw conveyor is stopped ,screw conveyors will be stopped immediately .This way is very danger. If there is no set up any stop function, it is not easy to make screw flights fall down ,Worse still ,it will damage the motor and motor will be burnt easily.
