Before start up ,must running the belt feeder and checking the belt connection ,undertaking device ,protection equipment is complete. The belt’s tension must adjust to the suitable extent. The belt feeder shall start up empty. When it runs normal ,can feed materials . Forbidden to feed materials first before start up .If there exist many units of belt feeders connection start up ,there shall start up the discharging belt feeder . When every belt feeder runs normal,materials can be dropped inside belt feeder . If there any belt sway during transporting, must stop to correct .Otherwise ,belt will be worn out soon with increased loading duty. Must stop feeding before the belt feeder stops working . The motor on belt feeder must be good. Do not pull or drag the wires on the movable belt feeder. The motor shall connect to the ground reliably. If belt is skidding, do not use hands to pull .
