Regular maintenance and inspection are the most ways to extend the service life of machine . Users shall focus on it . For the lubrication, we shall pay attention to the following points : (1) usually use the gear oil; (2) ensure there exist clean oil inside the vibrator. Change the oil every 3-6 month. Use the clear gas or oil to clean the box ,bearing and gear’s surface . (3) The operator on vibrating feeder has been well familiar with safety training. (4) when working ,forbidden any people to stand by sides ,use hands to touch,adjust ,clean or maintain; (5) The vibrating feeder must be connected with grounding,the electric wires must be insulation and installed inside the safety pipe .check the motor’s wire is worn out or leakage of electricity.
