Considering the safety operation on bucket elevator ,we design the back stop device on equipment . Some motor is with back stop device ,while other motors without such device .Then we can assemble a separate back stop device .The back stop device is with a compressive and earthquake-resistant ,which ensure bucket elevator can work safely.The structure of back stop device is solid,little maintenance.It is made of special anti-abrasive materials ,so it can use for a longtime . There are inspection door and caesarean section head on the top of bucket elevator. This design can make it easy to clean and maintenance. It is more flexible to make a choice on material and surface treatment.
