During the working process of bucket elevator, the buckets are carried bottom powders and materials as the appointed speed . In the process of operation ,buckets are always pressed with mining powder and materials,sometimes it will squeeze the shell.In order to ensure all buckets are feeding continuously, there required high material layers or powder layers.Thus ,it can ensure the driven shaft is always buried into powders or materials. Mineral powder and materials are flowed into the gland box in a continuous way. Considering the gland packing is as per specialized force to fixed shaft’s surface and ensure its stable condition, it will cause shaft’s neck worn out quickly, so as to cause the gap between shaft and gland packing.
