1. Daily maintenance
Check every shift:
Check the operating status of the vibrating conveyor machine, including whether there is abnormal noise and whether the vibration amplitude is normal.
Observe whether the flow of conveyed materials is stable and whether there is any blockage or leakage.
Check whether the bolts at each connection are loose. If they are loose, tighten them in time.
Cleaning and maintenance:
Regularly clean the dust, debris and residual materials on the surface and inside of the conveyor to keep the equipment clean.
Clean the dust and oil around the vibration motor to prevent it from affecting the heat dissipation of the motor.
2. Regular maintenance
Vibration motor inspection:
Check whether the anchor bolts of the vibration motor are tightened and whether the connection between the motor and the conveyor is firm.
Measure the insulation resistance of the motor to ensure that the insulation performance of the motor is good.
Check the bearing temperature and lubrication condition of the motor, and add or replace lubricating oil regularly.
Spring and shock absorber inspection:
Check the deformation of the spring. If it is damaged or severely deformed, replace it in time.
Check whether the rubber pad of the vibration damping device is aged or damaged. If there is any problem, replace it in time.
Conveyor trough inspection:
Check the wear of the conveyor trough, especially the parts in contact with the material. If there is severe wear, it should be repaired or replaced in time.
Check whether the weld of the conveyor trough is cracked. If cracked, it should be repaired by welding in time.
Electrical system inspection:
Check whether the wiring of the electrical control system is loose and whether the electrical components are working properly.
Clean and maintain the electrical system regularly to prevent dust and oil from affecting electrical performance.
3. Long-term shutdown for maintenance
Clean the equipment: If the vibrating conveyor is out of service for a long time, the materials inside and outside the equipment should be cleaned to prevent material accumulation and corrosion of the equipment.
Protective treatment: Anti-rust and anti-corrosion treatment can be carried out on the equipment by applying anti-rust oil or taking other protective measures.
Regular inspection: During long periods of non-use, the equipment should be inspected regularly to see if there are any changes in its status. If any problems are found, they should be dealt with promptly.
Through scientific and reasonable maintenance and care methods, the service life of the vibrating conveyor can be extended, the reliability and stability of the equipment can be improved, and the smooth production can be ensured.
