According to the design and performance of screw conveyor ,we make the control system for screw conveyors . The control system includes : signal acquisition module,wavelet packet analysis module, data processing module and spectrum analysis module ,etc. Signal acquisition module is responsible for enlarging,isolation,filtering and exchange A/D which comes from the weak electrical signals of sensors. The wavelet packet analysis module is used to decomposition,collecting frequency energy and reconstruction of wavelet packet . Data process module is used to store and deal with analysis data of small wavelet packet . Screw conveyors are used to check and analysis vibrating issues .
First ,screw conveyor collect the vibrating signal from the observed rotating section .Put the signal into memorizer. Decomposition of the appropriate number of layers with collected signals, next distribute signals into different frequency. According to the regular problems of rotating machinery ,choose the signals with faults and make FFT spectrum analysis. Later the screw conveyor’s data,result and signal will be shown on LCD display module. According to the needs of users, you can also realize the serial port communication with the PC machine and put the data transmission to the PC machine for storage and data analysis.
