Bucket elevator belongs to the large mechanic equipment.Certainly there exist
some small bucket elevators. Here we introduce the large bucket elevators. Usually bucket elevator is dismantled during packing and shipping . The buyer need assemble the bucket elevators as per manual books. The seller will provide guide instructions on site or through video online. However ,there exist some problems during assembling and installation . Now we focus on the process of installation buckets and chains :
1. Round-link chain . Need use the U shape screw to connect the buckets and chains. U shape screw is connected chains and buckets. Pay attention to connect screw tightly,do not allow any loosen.
2. NE plate chain. Comparing with round-link chain ,NE plate chain is simple. Because if bucket elevator model is NE15 , it is single chain .There exist fixed screw holes . Use screw bolt to connect chains and buckets. If bucket elevator model is NE30,the chains is double . During installation ,arrange the plate chain in a parallel on both sides of the bucket, and bolt the chain and the bucket one by one.
Well ,if there find other issues , do not solve without informing the supplier of bucket elevators. Must contact the original manufacturer of bucket elevator ,listen their advice and ideas , and strictly follow the manual book to solve the problems.
