Products Description

Machined Rotary Feeder is composed of a housing, a rotating body, a driving part and a scraper-type rotor.The rotating body is a radial structure composed of several blades and a wheel shell. The viscous material is scraped off by the scraper on the rotor and the rotating impeller through their relative motion, so as to be transported. The feeding quantity can be either fixed or variable. The variable quantity is controlled by a variable-frequency motor, which changes the rotational speed of the rotating body to adjust the feeding amount.

The horizontal rotary feeder produced by our factory is a new generation of feeding equipment designed in accordance with the relevant standards of the Chemical Industry Department and the Machinery Department.It features a compact structure,easy installation, and excellent sealing performance. Its maximum working pressure can reach up to 0.1 Mpa, providing a high-quality equipment for uniform feeding of ultra-fine ash.An inflation device can also be installed to balance the pressure and ensure a tight seal.If used in flammable or explosive areas, nitrogen can be introduced and explosion-proof motors should be selected to ensure safety.

Design base on the relevant standards of Chemical Ministry and Machinery Ministry, horizontal rotary feeder is a new generation feeder with compact construction, good sealing performance, highest working pressure up to 0.1Mpa, offer good quality equipment for super fine ash feeding material evenly. Self-Cleaning Rotary Airlock Valve Feeder also can be equipped with air charging device in order to balance pressure and ensure sealing. In the flammable and explosion field, it can adopt feeding nitrogen and Ex-motor to ensure safety.
