Introduction

The rotary screw feeder system is a device that can achieve both uniform feeding and controlled feeding in a sealed environment.It is composed of a housing, a rotating body, a driving part and a scraper-type rotor.The rotating body is a radial structure composed of several blades and a wheel shell. The viscous material is scraped off by the scraper on the rotor and the rotating impeller through their relative motion, so as to be transported. The feeding quantity can be either fixed or variable. The variable quantity is controlled by a variable-frequency motor, which changes the rotational speed of the rotating body to adjust the feeding amount.

Inspection request

For welding : all welding are 100% visually inspected during the fabrication stage .We can provide report by RT or PT test report if necessary.

For empty running test : will be made before delivery . We will check the 3 phrases current ,noise, and take notes .Only the empty running test is sucessful can we release the delivery .
