Automatic Screw Feeder
Introduction
Automatic Screw Feeder is customized to carry lithium hydroxide waste powder with a bulk density of 600kg/m3,approximate delivery rate of 0.8t/hr over a distance of 7400mm.Screw blade are full welded to center pipe ( schedule 40 pipe ).There also need safety cover to be fitted over the shafts and end bearings.The screw is supported externally on the end plates of the feeder,then by a stuffing box and flange mounted type bearings.
There need design some lifting lugs fitted to assist in moving units into the installation positions.
Products Description
The special design for this feed screw is that there is no hanger bearing in the middle ,although the conveying distance is 7400mm.
