How to solve the problems of geared motor on chain scraper conveyor?
1.Gearbox’s leakage oil
Fault’s reasons : sealing parts are damaged.the left and right’s shell closing surface is loose,each end cover is too loosen.
Solutions : replace the damaged sealing. Tighten the foundation bolt.Forbidden to pad high on the gearbox.
2.The rotation can not be transferred if the hydraulic coupling is full loading.
Fault’s reasons : The hydraulic coupling is not filled enough oil.
Solutions : Fill in the enough oil as per request.
3.Gearbox’s noise is abnormal.
Fault’s reasons :sprockets does not engage well. Sprockets are worn out or be broken. Bearing is deeply damaged or broken down. The shaft neck has adhesion,gearbox’s body has dirt and bearing gap is large.
Solutions : Adjust the engaging between sprockets. Replace a new sprocket and bearing.Check and eliminate the faults,add some oil and make cleaning. Adjust the gap of bearings.
4.Gearbox’s temperature is too high.
Fault’s reasons : dirty lubrication oil,poor qualified lubricating,lubrication oil is over filled in,poor dissipation of gearbox.
Solutions : Clean and replace new qualified lubrication oil. Remove excess lubricating oil. Eliminate floating coal and dirt on the gearbox.
