(1) Lubricating oil should be added to transmission parts such as bearings, gears and chains regularly.
(2) After the box conveyor is shut down, the wear of the spiral blades should be checked and repaired by welding if the wear is severe.
(3) The conveying capacity should not be overloaded, otherwise the material cannot be discharged, causing the screw shaft to bend and the box to swell and break.
(4) When the medium being transported is of high viscosity, attention should be paid to whether the expansion and contraction of the box is free and without any jamming. If there is any jamming, it should be solved immediately.
(5) If the conveyor makes a harsh noise during operation, the cover should be opened for inspection to eliminate the fault.
