Shaftless Screw Conveyor Machine
Introduction
Screw conveyors are divided into two types: screw conveyors and shaftless screw conveyors in terms of conveying form, and U-shaped screw conveyors and tubular screw conveyors in terms of appearance. Screw conveyors are suitable for conveying dry powder materials and small particle materials without viscosity, while shaftless screw conveyors are suitable for conveying sticky and easily entangled materials. Screw conveyors can be customized according to specific requirements. They are convenient for intermediate loading or unloading. The operation is simple and convenient, and the material is isolated from the outside world during the conveying process, which ensures good sealing.
Sometimes ,we also design some lifting lugs fitted to assist in moving units into the installation positions. We also need put load calculations during design stage.

All contact with material are made of stainless steel 304 ,other parts are made of carbon steel by Q235.

All contacted AMPS cakes are made of stainless steel 316L ,including the screw blade ,shell's bottom lining plate is made of Nylon or High molecular polyethylene material , the rest parts are made of carbon steel by Q235.

We have our own inspection test plan for each conveyor . Also we have our own welding programs by WPS and PQR.
Sometimes ,the buyer will have strict inspection on welding . We can provide the welding inspection by RT,PT or something else ,which can meet the buyer requirements . All welding are 100% visually inspected during the fabrication stage .
