Introduction

Screw conveyor is customized to carry mirabilite (sodium sulfate decahydrate,it can be harvested all year round, but autumn and winter are preferred as they are prone to crystallization due to low temperatures. Natural impure saltpeter, it is well known as soil saltpeter, which is taken and dissolved in water. The mirabilite is left to settle impurities, filtered, and the filtrate is heated and concentrated. After cooling, it crystallizes and will be dried in the sun. People often call it by "skin saltpeter") with a bulk density of 1450kg/m3,approximate delivery rate of 21750kg/hr over a distance of 1300mm. Screw blade are full welded to center pipe ( customized pipe ).There also need safety cover to be fitted over the shafts and end bearings.The screw shaft is supported externally on the end plates of the conveyor,then by a stuffing box and flange mounted type bearings.

There need design some lifting lugs fitted to assist in moving units into the installation positions. Also wuxi changrong conveying machinery company need put load calculations during design stage if need .

This screw conveyor can feed sodium sulfate decahydrate into furnace directly .There is no ending bearing at the discharging section ,it has a high demands for the straightness of conveyor.

For empty running test : will be made before delivery . We will check the 3 phrases current ,noise, and take notes .Only the empty running test is sucessful can we release the delivery.

We also welcome the 3^rd party to make FAT at workshop before delivery.
