Products Description
Screw Conveyors & Feeders are customized to carry milk powder with a bulk density of 500 to 550kg/m3,approximate delivery rate of 21m3 per hour or 170kg per minute over a conveying distance of 800mm.Screw flight are full welding to center pipe which diameter is 89mm x 8mm thickness.There also need safety cover to be fitted over the shafts and end bearings.The screw feeder is supported externally on the end plates of the feeder,then by a stuffing box and flange mounted type bearings. There set up a ball sliding guide sleeve,with BFM soft connection .Each fabrication process is strictly as per food grade ,including the sealing gasket must meet food grade ,the bearing lubrication shall be with food certifications .

Packing is shrink film + plywood case.
Delivery : by truck to the seaport ,then by ship to the buyer's destination port.
