Introduction
Z shape bucket elevator for seeds & grains are divided into three types in terms of conveying direction and needs: L type,C type and Z type.Here we introduce the z type bucket elevator . Sometimes we also called it by chain bucket elevator.

The z type bucket elevator is applied in transporting loose materials such as fine powder , small particles or pellets in a closed box. This bucket elevator conveyor consists of a machine head, an upper horizontal section, an upper curved section, a vertical section, a lower curved section, a lower horizontal section, and a tail section. It is a continuous three-dimensional conveying method that combines vertical and horizontal transportation. Z type bucket elevator is widely applied in industries such as metallurgy, chemical,medicine and battery production lines.
It supports vertical long distance transporting.
In the workshop ,the height is only 10m. We can not assemble all vertical section due to the height limitations.Thus ,there is only a short vertical section for empty running test at the workshop.

(2) Bearing.There exist Chinese and SKF,NSK bearings.
(3) Bucket.Bucket are made of plastic.It can endure temperature by 800C.
