Trial operation of Vibrating screen

After installation of vibrating screen ,we have make empty running . First check the installation and adjust if necessary .Vibrating screen’s empty running time shall be no less than 8 hours. During this period , observe the screen’s start up is fast or not ,vibrating and operation is stable or not ,no foreign noise . Observe the amplitude . When vibrating screen works, the trough of screen shall not produce horizontal swing.  If any horizontal swing,the reason may be : (1) the spring height difference on both sides are too large; (2) the tension of hanging steel wire rope is not even (3) rotating shaft is not in a line ;(4) the triangle belt is too tight. We should adjust the vibrating screen as soon as we find it is horizontal swing. Within 4 hours after start up , bearing temperature rising and keep stable, the highest temperature shall be less than 75 centi degree, temperature rising shall be less than 40 centi degree. If any foreign noise or bearing’s temperature rising a lot , must stop vibrating screen,then check the rotating shaft and lubrication oil is working well or not .Only remove the troubleshooting can we start up the vibrating screen again .Check each connection parts during 24 hours after start up , if any connection parts are loosen , must fasten them ,then start up . The installation work will be accepted after running 8 hours without any trouble or issues.
