(1) At the beginning of chain scraper conveyor operation ,we must pay attention to the tension extent of chains and scrapers .
(2) The working face should keep a straight line on chain scraper conveyor.
(3) The chain scraper conveyor shall have a suitable bending ,do not appear the sharp bend . must pay special attention to : chain scraper conveyor shall not be pushed forward when stopping running .
(4) The chain scraper conveyor should be laid flat on the ground.
(5) When explosive, we must protect well on these goods : driving parts, pipelines ,cable and switches . When the chain scraper conveyor transporting iron material or long material, there should make safety measures, so as not to cause personal accidents.
Do not allow any large bending between the transitional machine tail and middle chute .
(7) Must pay special attention to the vibration of the coupling. Check the vibration of the hydraulic coupling before start the chain scraper conveyor . In order to protect the good heat dissipation conditions, there should clean regularly so as to protection the cover.
