1.Bearing bears the whole loading of the bucket elevator,thus the good lubrication has a great influence on the bearing life, which directly affects the service life and operation rate of the bucket elevator. In addition, the lubricating oil injected must be clean and the seal must be good. The main oil injection parts of the bucket elevator are : (1) rotating bearing (2) roll bearing (3) all gears or sprockets (4) movable bearing and sliding surface.
2.The new installed gear is easy to be loosen ,so need check regularly.
3.Pay attention to whether all parts of the bucket elevator work normally or not.
4. Pay attention to check the wear extent of easily worn parts and replace worn parts at any time.
5. Dust and other objects should be removed from the under frame surface of the movable device, so as to prevent the movable bearing from moving on the under frame when the bucket elevator encounters materials that cannot be broken, resulting in serious accidents.
6. If the bearing oil temperature rises, there shall stop the bucket elevator immediately ,then check and eliminate the issues.
7. If there is impact sound when the rotating gear is running, stop the bucket elevator immediately for careful inspection and eliminate the issues. Then make the second installation and running test
