1. Preparation before installation
Check whether the model and specifications of the conveying rotary valve are consistent with the design requirements, and confirm its applicable material type, conveying volume, working pressure and other parameters.
Check the appearance of the equipment for damage, deformation, etc., and ensure that all parts are intact.
Prepare the tools and materials required for installation, such as bolts, gaskets, sealants, etc.
2. Installation
Determine the installation location of the transfer rotary valve according to process requirements and equipment layout. Ensure that the installation location is convenient for operation and maintenance and has smooth connections with upstream and downstream equipment.
Install the conveying rotary valve on the bracket or base and fix it firmly with bolts. Make sure the valve body is level during installation to avoid tilting that affects the operation of the equipment.
Connect upstream and downstream equipment, such as feed pipes, discharge pipes, etc. When connecting, ensure that the interface between the pipeline and the conveying rotary valve is well sealed to prevent material leakage.
Install the drive device, such as motor, reducer, etc. Install and connect correctly according to the equipment manual to ensure good concentricity between the drive device and the shaft of the conveying rotary valve.
3. Debugging
Before formal use, carry out no-load debugging. Start the drive device and observe whether the rotor of the conveying rotary valve runs smoothly and whether there is any abnormal noise or vibration.
Check the tightness of the equipment and observe whether there is any material leakage. If there is leakage, adjust the sealing device or replace the sealing parts in time.
Adjust the rotor speed and determine the appropriate speed according to the actual conveying requirements. Too high a speed may cause material crushing or increased equipment wear, while too low a speed may affect the conveying efficiency.
4. Run the operation
Open the upstream equipment and feed the material into the conveying rotary valve. Pay attention to controlling the flow rate and flow velocity of the material to avoid damage to the equipment caused by excessive impact force.
Observe the operation of the conveying rotary valve to ensure smooth material transportation. If blockage or material jam is found, stop the machine in time to check and eliminate the fault.
Regularly check the operating parameters of the equipment, such as speed, current, temperature, etc. If there are abnormal changes, the cause should be analyzed in time and corresponding measures should be taken.
Pay attention to the maintenance of the equipment, regularly clean up the accumulated materials and debris inside the equipment, and keep the equipment clean.
5. Shutdown operation
When the conveying task is completed, stop the feeding of the upstream equipment first, and then stop the driving device after all the materials in the conveying rotary valve are discharged.
Inspect and maintain the equipment, such as cleaning, lubrication, tightening, etc.
Turn off the power supply and valves of the equipment, and ensure proper protection and storage of the equipment.
The correct use of the conveying rotary valve requires strict compliance with the installation, commissioning and operation procedures, and attention should be paid to the maintenance of the equipment to ensure stable operation and long-term use of the equipment.
