Before choosing the vertical screw conveyor ,we shall have a better understanding in transported substance .
First,the transported substance must be fine powder or small particles . They must be good flow ability;
Second,the vertical height shall be less than 12m without any hanging bearing in the middle.
Third, there need add a small hopper at the inlet of horziontal feeding screw conveyor ,so as to ensure the vertical screw conveyor can work evenly.
Fourth, the speed of vertical screw conveyor shall be very faster.
Fifth,to set up an inspection door at the bottom of vertical conveyor ,then can make cleaning work easily.
Last ,must ensure the sealing is reliable on vertical screw conveyor.
