1. The clearance between screw conveyor’s bottom and shell is ±2mm.The clearance between screw shell and screw flight is ±2mm.
2. For the clearance between hanger bearing and connection flange, when screw diameter is ф150～ф250mm,its clearance is no less than 1.5mm. When screw diameter is ф300～ф600mm,its clearance is no less than 2mm.
3. During empty running test , if any leakage of bearing ,must dismantle bearing ,to adjust the tightness of spring of sealing till no leakage.
4. The middle hanger bearing shall be assembled in the middle of connection shafts,the clearance between the end surface and the shaft end surface of the two screw pipes shall be 10mm ( if screw diameter is ф150～ф400mm ) and 20mm ( if screw diameter is ф500～ф600 ).
