Drag chain conveyor is not only used for horizontal transporting ,but also can transport materials incline degree . When drag chain conveyor transport upwardly , the coal layer shall be less than 25 degree . When drag chain conveyors transport down, the incline degree shall be less than 20 degree . If the coal layer is big, there shall set up the anti -skid device . For the bendable drag chain conveyor , it can allow bending of 2° ~ 4° in both horizontal and vertical directions. The working principle of drag chain conveyor is that the open chute will be the undertaken parts as a coal, rock or materials. When fix the scraper on the chains , the chain and scraper will be used as drag parts . When the machine head is started , it will take the sprockets to rotate , to make the chain with scraper to move recycling till to the end of head for discharging .
