Mechanic requirements : Discharging material as per minute per batch. Discharging material by 30-40 seconds per batch. Discharging volume and accuracy is 6kg±50g/batch. Otherwise,this product will be rejected.
Big & mini screw conveyor is also called accurate batching screw conveyor.It is used to transport cement powder,coal powder ,chemical powder very accurately.Because it is made up of one set of big screw conveyor + 1 set of mini screw conveyor,they rotate at same time so as to get a fast feeding or discharging as per request. Later on there only allowed the mini screw conveyor to rotate so as to reach the high accurate feeding rate.
