Chain bucket elevator introduction

Bucket elevators (NE50) series is provided  by the manufacturer -Wuxi Changrong Conveying Machinery Company which established in 2001.Such vertical bucket elevator is designed for continuous transportation of bulk materials of volume weight 1100-1200kg/m³.Inclusively such as caustic soda in pearl ,fertilizer,gypsum powder,glass fiber,etc. Chain bucket elevators are used to lift products from initial up to end point without intermediate loading and unloading .

Wuxi Changrong Vertical chain bucket elevator consists of conveying device with fixed buckets driving and loading devices,loading and unloading boots with branch pipes and a casing .The reliable gear motor drives the vertical chain bucket elevator.The execution of elevator can be left installed or right-installed drive (installation from the side of loading branch pipe ). The designs of elevator provides a brake or stop device to prevent the spontaneous backward running of working part. 

The steel housing with loading and unloading branch pipe plays role as a supporting part and protection against environmental attack on material .

The bulk material is loaded the bottom of the elevator ( loading boot end ) through loading branch and enters the buckets then ,it goes vertically and enters the tank or silo or hopper throughout unloading elevator branch throughout loading branch installed on the top ( unloading boot end ) due to centrifugal force created by drive pulley.The empty overturned buckets return to the low section ,after that the cycle repeats .
