 Usage
 Stainless  steel tube shape screw conveyor is application in continuous transporting  materials for food industry.Each process ,each component are made as per food  industry standard .It is unsuitable for deterioration ,sticky or glutinous and  lumpish materials.  

Consist  of
 Stainless  Steel Shafted tube screw conveyor is mainly consisted of three parts :

1. Drive  device: including gearbox,torque coupling,frame,motor.

2.  feeding inlet and discharging outlet .

3. screw body: including head & tail bearing,screw flight,trough  body,cover,support frame,etc.

How  does screw conveyor work
 LS 200  screw conveyor is O shape,outer pipe is made of SUS 304  by model byφ325x5mm .Center shaft is made of seamless pipe by φ89x5mm .
 As the  fixed center shaft with screw flight rotate in the trough, materials which fall  into the trough rotate with screw flights.During running,both materials and  screw flights are held back by friction resistance acted on the wall of trough  .Then screw flight push materials and make materials do axial  movement.Finally,materials will be discharged at the proper discharging outlets  at the bottom of trough or discharged at the end of trough.
