Plastic screw conveyor introduction

Shaftless Screw Conveyor is designed and applied to the sticky ,viscous and poor flow ability materials .It is made up of U trough cover ,plastic lining ,screw flight,cover ,end plate,drive motor & gearbox,bearings ,support legs ,etc .Most of them are horizontal transporting .Sometime ,shafltess screw conveyor ‘s incline degree can reach 30 degree .

Lining material is Nylon or UPE as per request

Documents 

Manual Book ,Certificate of Conveyor as well as motor &gearboxes .All assembled conveyors are photographed during the assembly process .All conveyors test run are recorded by videos .Our inspector will check the screw conveyor’s speed,current ,dimensions,vibrating ,temperature ,alignment ,sealing ,etc .The inspection records and run test videos are made available to our customers in addition to the installation/assembly instructions,maintenance instructions ,safety video and drawings furnished with each shipment of material handling project .
