Introduction
Screw conveyor is customized to carry alumina bath (22*60mm long lumps & fines ) with a bulk density of 1450kg/m3,approximate delivery rate of 75000kg/hr over a distance of 9500mm.Screw blade are full welded to center pipe ( schedule 40 pipe ).There also need safety cover to be fitted over the shafts and end bearings.The screw is supported externally on the end plates of the conveyor,then by a stuffing box and flange mounted type bearings.
This screw conveyor is U trough shape ,with removable cover ,it can be easily to open ,close ,clean and maintain .
The nozzle size for inlet and outlet can be customized as per needs .
There design some lifting lugs fitted to assist in moving units into the installation positions. Also wuxi changrong conveying machinery company will put load calculations during design stage.
