Screw Conveyor With Hopper
Introduction
Screw conveyor with hopper is customized to carry magnesium oxide with a bulk density of 1300kg/m3,approximate delivery rate of 325kg/hr over a distance of 2300mm.Screw blade are full welded to center pipe ( schedule 40 pipe ).There also need safety cover to be fitted over the shafts and end bearings.The screw is supported externally on the end plates of the conveyor,then by a stuffing box and flange mounted type bearings.
There need design some lifting lugs fitted to assist in moving units into the installation positions. Also wuxi changrong conveying machinery company need put load calculations (include static loading and dymamic laoding ) during design stage.
Products Description
Twin shafts with small pins are above the bottom conveyor.
The small pins are used to crush or break the magnesium oxide cakes during working ,so as to ensure there is no big size blocking at the bottom of the hopper.
Here we also set up a vertical cabinet (GDD model)to control this screw conveyor with hopper's working.
