This Pipe screw conveyor is desiGned and used to transport dry lime powder. It is made of stainless steel 304. Surface treatment is acid clean. There is one inlet ,size is DN150, flange standard is PL150-10 RF-HG20592.There is one discharge outlet, size is DN200, flange standard is PL200-10 RF-HG20592.

Application:

 Basic Inspection Steps on tubular screw conveyor

● How to measure the clearance between the screw flight’s outer diameter and screw trough: use the go-no go fixed gauges to measure the clearance between the horizontal axis . Each solid screw shall measure two points.

● Main shaft’s rotating torque. Use the torque meter to measure the shaft torque.

● Noise . Measured as per GB/T 3768.

● Coating film is measured as per GB/T 9286.

● Each set of screw conveyor must be passed the strict inspection before delivery. Deliver the qualified documents together with screw conveyors.

Third,when the equipment is assembled well with motor &gearbox,we will make empty running test. If the running test is qualified, we will submit the video to customers when delivery the equipment.

Fourth, if the equipment is found problems and issues during working on site, we will provde the fastest solution to help customers.

At last, each equipment has its own warranty period. We undertake all quality problems which are caused by poor fabrication or incorrect assembling.
