Double-Screw Conveyor and Shaftless Screw Conveyors are divided into two types: screw conveyors and shaftless screw conveyors in terms of conveying form. Screw conveyors are suitable for conveying dry powder materials and small particle materials without viscosity,while shaftless screw conveyors are suitable for conveying sticky and easily entangled materials.There exist single shafted or shaftless screw conveyor as well as multi-shafted screw conveyor and multi-shaftless screw conveyor.

Today we will introduce a double shaftless screw conveyor .The double shaftless screw conveyor also is called twin shaftless screw conveyor .It is consisted of trough shell, rotating shaftless screw flight ,lining plate ,motor ,reducer and bearings ,etc . It has a long conveying distance ( maximum is 20m) , strong anti-entanglement performance, excellent environmental protection performance, high torque, low energy consumption, compact structure, easy operation, double-blade structure, and wear resistance and durability.

Double shaftless screw conveyors is customized according to specific requirements. It is convenient for intermediate loading or unloading. The operation is simple and convenient, and the material is isolated from the outside world during the conveying process, which ensures good sealing.

Inspection

We execute a strict inspection test procedure and test plan for each project.

1 The raw materials of double shaftless screw conveyor can be traced.We will use spectral analyzer to re-check all raw materials according to the given material certificate from sub-suppliers .Only the approved raw materials can be used for fabrication.

2 For the machining parts ,we have process inspection and will make records for each part .Only the approved machine part can be used for next fabrication process .

3 For out-sourcing parts ,bearing ,motor and reducers ,we choose the reliable brands .Also we use the qualified brands which are recommended by the buyers .

4. For the welding ,it can be made by 100% visually as well as can make NDT according to the buyer's needs .

5 For the factory acceptance test of conveyor ,we will make a FAT report and send to the buyer for check .Only the approved conveyor can be delivered to the buyer .

6 We will send all original inspection data ,manual book and spare parts list to the buyer .
